The free crêpes bar was a lovely extra, with homemade batter and homemade cordial. We found plenty to do around the chalet and in the area, and the raclette, plancha, fondue, crêpes and other fun equipment made it easy to enjoy time with friends and family. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and our chalet was comfortable enough. The rooms felt a bit small, though, and despite paying a cleaning fee we had to clean when we arrived and again before handing back the keys. That took two stars off the room for me. Also, don't judge the place by its website. It was another surprise.

We had a wasp problem, and someone came over to sort it out straight away. Later, we realized we'd left a pair of shoes in the room, and the staff kindly mailed them back to us. There are plenty of games for both kids and adults, and the staff were fantastic and very friendly. A great chalet for a family holiday. I'd definitely recommend it!

A good spot for kids or a big group, with nice chalets. Tennis, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and bowling are available too, though each chalet gets just two free hours. Everyone staying here can use the outdoor pool, but it shuts at 19:00. Reception has ping pong, table football, free drinks and pancakes, and closes a little early at 19:30.

The area around Les Vosges and Alsace was lovely, and we'd be happy to come back another time ☀️. We spent a week in chalet no. 29 at the beginning of July, as three families staying together. The chalet suited our needs perfectly, and the hospitality was phenomenal. Thanks so much, and enjoy the rest of the summer!

We always enjoy staying here. The people are very friendly, the chalets and accommodations are good, and the chalet has a great view. It's great value for money.
