The village is peaceful, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortably furnished, and dinner was good quality for the price. It’s a handy place to stop overnight, less than 35 minutes from Calais. We’d tried plenty of other options before our first stay here, and we’ll definitely come back. Merci a tout l’équipe!

We came back for a second stay, and dinner was even better this time. The evening meals are outstanding, especially the steak. Breakfast, though, is pretty basic and could be improved. The rooms are comfortable and clean, if a bit dated, and the shower is great. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful, and they can speak English if, like me, you struggle. Cocktails on the terrace are a must, and we enjoyed a drink in the lounge after dinner.

The host was so friendly, and the food was fantastic. The place could use a little updating, but it’s well worth the money and in a great location.

We’ve stayed here three times now and really love the place. The grounds are lovely, they welcome dogs, and the relaxed, friendly staff make it a refreshing change from the corporate chains. The rooms are great, if a little old, which adds to the charm. Dinner is worth stopping for: the restaurant was a real surprise, with great food and a very good wine list. Breakfast is great too and sets you up for the day.

We love coming here every year. We can stay for free in the car park in our motorhome, and the family-run hotel is friendly, with English-speaking staff and amazing food. The menu of the day is 28€, or there’s a 40€ alternative. Thank you again.
