The pool is a huge plus: it's a full 25 meters long, so you can really swim. There were always sun loungers available, it was never crowded, and much of the area was shaded. A very nice beach is five minutes away by car, with several more beaches from the island's most beautiful list within 15-30 minutes. We booked the family option well in advance, and the apartment exceeded our expectations for this price range. It had a partly shaded parking spot under the house, giving us a bit more privacy. The other units seemed closer together and less well equipped. We didn't see the blackout blinds in those, which may be where the lower ratings come from. The cottages seemed fairly new, with plenty of space and comfortable furnishings and equipment.

The villa had amenities we enjoyed, and it could make for a much better stay with clearer communication, fairer transparency around prices, and more helpful service. We were there with family, but ran into several problems: a €290 linen cleaning charge we hadn't been told about when booking, and a last-minute change to checkout time that left us confused and stressed. There weren't enough toiletries, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and we struggled with the receptionist because of the language barrier. The staff's attitude and customer service were disappointing.

The pool is huge, spotless, and a real plus for families. Staff were friendly, and the location is handy for a bakery and other services. Our room felt very small for four people, and there’s no breakfast. The port, with plenty of restaurants and shops, is about a 15-minute drive away.

Being near Cala Rosa beach was a plus, and the place was quiet. Still, for four nights, it felt expensive for just a room with a small kitchen and no room service, cleaning, or towel changes.

We had a comfortable bed and a room with its own kitchen and bathroom. It was quiet outside and clean inside, with a barbecue area and swimming pool outdoors. Really nice residence.
