The private deck and lovely garden were highlights for us. We loved staying at Le Lodge. Béatrice was a delightful host and knew so much about Cap Ferret’s history and places worth visiting. Highly recommend.

Le Lodge was a great base for our five nights. Plage de l'Horizon is a five-minute walk away, and with bikes it’s an easy five-minute ride into town. We liked the indoor-outdoor layout, the garden for an evening glass of wine, and the spot to leave bikes and beach gear. Beatrice was a wonderful host, always around to welcome us and share helpful tips on bike hire, oyster sheds, and restaurants on the Cap. She even brought candles and wine, and told us about Bordeaux/CF’s history. We’re looking forward to coming back and seeing lovely Beatrice again.

The apartment was clean, nicely presented, and had everything we needed, including a lovely private terrace. The beds were comfortable, and our host gave us useful ideas for things to see and do. The location is great, with miles of beautiful beach just around the corner and a 10-minute walk to the village shops and restaurants. We had a great time and will be back.
