10/10
I was there overnight for business and was very happy with the service. The Wi-Fi was quick and easy to set up, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and staff were always available to help. It's a charming, welcoming hotel in a historic building, with a comfortable room, good heating and a lovely hot shower on a cold winter night. The only downside is the lack of a lift. I was on the top floor, and while the stairs were manageable for someone in good health, they'd be difficult for anyone with mobility problems or heavy cases. I'm puzzled by some of the very harsh reviews. This seemed like a well-run, well-cared-for hotel, so don't let those put you off an overnight stay.

The rooms are cosy and comfortable, but there's no breakfast. Reception isn't open around the clock either. If you arrive before 7, nobody's at the desk until noon.

It's OK, just OK.

Handy for the station, though you'll need to be fine with stairs.

It's a nice spot to relax, with a really nice room and all that.
