Good value, and the coffee is great. They often have rugby on the TVs, with that sports bar feel.

The portions were huge, and the service was good even though we had a language barrier. The food tasted nice, if a bit greasy, but it was pretty average bar food. We filled up on the entrée and tapas and couldn't manage the planchés. The staff didn't mention how large the servings were, though to be fair, we didn't ask. It would've helped to know the tapas would leave no room for a main course. A few things we wanted, including soup and the planche vegetal tapas, weren't available, probably because they were out of season. We don't speak much French, and they didn't speak English. The vege burger wasn't homemade, which was disappointing but not surprising, though it still tasted pretty good. And contrary to some other reviews I'd read, our meat was cooked medium as we ordered.
