The apartment was cramped, with a tiny balcony facing car parks and similar views. Equipment was minimal but usable. It wasn't quite ski-in, ski-out, though the access was acceptable. I may look elsewhere next year.

It was okay.
A nice place.
The slopes are right below this well-located apartment guesthouse, so ski-in, ski-out access is excellent. We were on the ground floor, but the ski storage was one level up instead of in the basement, for some reason. Inside, the apartments felt very cramped and noisy, with very minimal furnishings. There were no snow shovels, which I found completely incomprehensible at 1850m. The house and area instructions were only in French, so anyone who doesn't speak it will need a good translator or should stay elsewhere. We left early and were glad to be heading home. For us, the hassle wasn't worth it.
It's peaceful away from the busy Croisette, and you can access the track directly. It's a shame dogs aren't allowed, though barking and dog mess are common around the building.
