The food was the standout for us, including the dessert table. We’ve stayed at several half-board hotels, and this was easily the best. Everything was incredible, and the staff went out of their way for our vegetarian guest. The team were fantastic, especially the attentive manager, who did a lot to make us feel welcome and looked after. There’s also a nice little spa and an outdoor sauna. With easy ski-in and ski-out access, it’s a fantastic hotel. We’ll be back!

We’ve had a fabulous week skiing on our second visit to the Sherpa, and it won’t be our last. The food was excellent, and the service from the whole team was exceptional, especially Charlotte & Stefan, as well as Lorena. My one little gripe is the shower over the bath. I don’t like it, and it’s hard to get the temperature right. It’s minor and won’t keep me from coming back.

The bed pillows had stains on them, and it seems they don’t wash them. The hotel also felt dirty and badly maintained, which made hygiene a real concern. Reception staff were visibly sick, coughing and sniffling, and most of the guests seemed ill while we were there too. The whole atmosphere felt unhealthy and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. 🤮

The bar was really nice, and the food and service were fantastic. The room was a little dated, but fresh and clean. It’s great value for the price, with ski-in, ski-out access.

The menu was very good, and breakfast had a lot to choose from. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely rustic-style hotel near the top of VT, with good access to the slopes.
