The studio was tiny but warm, and the double glazing kept out the noise from nearby bars and restaurants. The building itself is run down and dirty, with broken stair lights, rubbish and faulty appliances left in the corridors. The exit near the ski boot room was covered in thick ice, harder to navigate than any run we skied. The location is great, and the stay could be good if someone looked after the shared areas.
They never return the deposit, in my experience. This feels like a total scam.
The sleeping arrangements were awful, and every plate we found was still dirty from the previous guests. Even worse, one person in our travel group was assaulted in the hallway by a worker. A horrible experience.
There are rooms without any plug sockets, and the place is tiny, with beds on the floor. You're also expected to do the cleaning yourself.
Stay away unless you're looking to wreck your holiday.
