The location is great during the day, but people were loud and inconsiderate between 2 and 5 AM. The WiFi also didn’t work, and all the outlets stopped working at random. We paid €444 a night for seven nights, so the state of the place was hard to accept. There were no tissues or paper towels, and reception refused to give us more than one roll of toilet paper for three people for the whole stay. When our friend needed the bathroom in the night after that roll was gone, he had to shower to clean himself. The rooms are tiny, too. A friend in another room had paid for a bed and found it was a pull-out. Before we arrived, I told them weeks ahead that I was bringing two cats. At check-in they said only one pet per room was allowed. Luckily we had two rooms, but otherwise we would have faced a nine-hour drive back. The woman at reception was kind and patient, though communication beforehand was very frustrating. Then there was a long list of checkout cleaning jobs, like deep-cleaning your whole home before guests come over. For what we paid, that was too much. It’s not worth staying here, even as a last resort.
