Chalet Odalys La Muzelle

We arrived to find that our booking had apparently been lost, and the chalet had been given to someone else. This was after we called on the day we set off and were told everything was fine, then drove for 11 hours. There were 12 of us left out in the rain, scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. Absolutely no integrity. Shame on you, and I hope you're no longer allowed to rent out your properties.

After a long trip to Les Deux Alpes, the 12 of us ended up outside in the rain with nowhere to stay. We'd booked the house through Booking.com in April, and the owner reassured us the day before arrival that everything was in order. When we got there, the house was occupied. We then tried to book another place from the same owner that Booking.com showed as available, but that too turned out to be occupied after we booked it. The owner didn't answer despite several calls. Our holiday was ruined, and we had to pay for a hotel so we wouldn't spend the night stranded.

The beds were awful, and the sauna was dirty and only partly working. For what you get, the price is far too high. Nothing seems to be maintained here. Don't book this place.

A short, miserable experience that could hardly have been more depressing. Diabolical!
