They kept €200 from our deposit as a cleaning charge, even though we'd left spare toilet roll and washing-up liquid for the next guest. One bed was broken, and the blankets were paper-thin, yet they wanted a €600 deposit. They don't provide bedsheets, towels, toilet roll, or washing-up liquid. Scammers! I'd give zero stars if I could.

The receptionist was super nice, easily the biggest plus. I guess it's good value for the price, but don't expect clean rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, or much of anything beyond what they tell you by email. Seriously, bring everything you might need.

For the price, it's okay. The apartments are small, though the kitchen is well equipped. The blankets are lousy, so bring your own. There are ski lockers, and skis and boots aren't allowed in the apartments.

They withheld €150 from an unused reservation over a misunderstanding, and couldn't communicate well enough to find a solution. It was far from polite. Stay away, and put your money toward someone who cares about the customer experience.

The stairs are really narrow, and the toilet is upstairs while the sink is downstairs. The lift was broken, so we had to carry our 23 kg suitcases up them, and the light sometimes went out. Heating was good, and we had a balcony. Reception wasn't much help. We also had a ski locker that sometimes jammed.
