The dedicated ski storage and heated boot room are a real bonus, especially when you can start the day with warm boots. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the week of food was exceptional. John gave us great suggestions from the amazing wine list, making dinner a pleasure. The welcome from the friendly staff was lovely. Christiania is just 50m from the main uplift and close to the village's restaurants, bars, and shops. The location can't be beaten, which is why I keep returning year after year. I can't recommend it highly enough.

After many years of coming back, it still feels like home every time. John and Nicola are friendly hosts and run the hotel so well. We enjoyed our stay immensely again, with attentive staff, excellent food, and a perfect location.

We loved being right in town, with the ski-in, ski-out location making everything easy to reach. Each evening's food was exquisite, and the cheese and wine were wonderful too. Afternoon tea beside the cosy fire was a lovely touch. The staff made the whole stay even better. We had a fantastic time at Hotel Christiania and highly recommend it.

The room was on the small side, but the excellent location, with genuine ski-in, ski-out access, and very high level of service more than made up for it. We'd recommend it without hesitation.
