The apartment was warm and good for coming back to after skiing. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the location is excellent. The rooms look decent and work well for two people, but squeezing four into the apartment is a stretch, with hardly any room to move. A few things about the setup felt ridiculous for a four-star hotel: guests have to take out the rubbish and strip the bedsheets. Under the bed the floor was full of dust, and the cleaning staff seemed to do little beyond changing towels. They didn't clean the apartment or make the beds. Coffee pods were limited to two a day, even though four people were being charged. When I asked for more at reception, the answer was simply that it was policy. With four guests, shouldn't there be four pods? Reception was the worst part. One staff member insisted the locker key wasn't there and was rude about it, then another person found it four minutes later. One key per locker is ridiculous for a group of four. One of the main receptionists was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to think things through. She needs more training before working reception. The woman seated across from reception was more approachable and sensible, and seemed much better suited to the job. I've travelled across all continents, stayed in many hotels, and work in hospitality. This was some of the worst service I've come across. The place itself was decent enough, but the receptionist's behaviour pushed me to write this review.

The indoor parking was a big help with all the heavy snow we had. We were a family of four in a flat booked for 4-6 people, and it was a decent size, good quality, and well equipped. We enjoyed our holiday, and the staff made it even better. I've seen plenty of negative comments, so I'd suggest comparing this place with similar accommodation first.

The view was stunning, and the room was big enough, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I also liked the bath after skiing. The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the reception team to the room cleaners and breakfast crew. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room curtain runs the full length and doesn't open in the middle. You either open it and lose privacy or keep it closed and sit in the dark. A sheer curtain underneath would help. The hotel was noisy, with poor sound insulation. I could hear everything in the corridor, above my room, and out on the street. For the price, having to take out the bins, do the dishes, and remove the bed sheets felt odd. Breakfast had no vegetables or beans, and at $20 the choices felt limited. The staff were so great that they made up for the rest.

The ski lockers were handy and gave quick access to our gear. We stayed in a self-catered apartment, and the facilities were clean and well managed. The location was good, just a short walk from Alpe Express for access to the ski areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is good, but this place felt like a hole in the wall and offered nothing for what we paid. There was no toilet paper or soap, and they expect you to clean to their standards. The blankets had makeup smudges and the floors were dirty. They should be ashamed. I'm sure places up here may all be like this, but it was ridiculous. We're here for Tomorrowland. If the manager reads this, stop being greedy.
