Résidence Daria-I Nor by Les Etincelles

We were especially happy with the bakery treats hanging on the door in the morning if you order by 11:30 the day before. Guillaume was another highlight. His information and help were world class, and he's a wonderful person for the residence. He's one reason we're thinking of coming back. The apartment was spacious enough, clean throughout, with comfortable beds and all the kitchen basics we needed. It felt quiet, family friendly, and luxurious by our own definition, and ticked all the boxes for a great holiday. We look forward to returning, either to Alpe d’Huez or one of the company's other accommodations.

The bar was great, and the food selection worked well for my toddler too. We have a three-year-old, and the shuttle service was incredible. They'd come and get us at a moment's notice. Aaron even did the hard work of taking our skis when we went to drop them off. The location made everything easy, from the gondola and ski shop to the local spar and town. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Alexandra and Guillaume made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and he got us into our room a little early. We've had the best stay, and we'll book again when we get home. Can't wait to bring the whole family back!

Guillaume at the front desk really stood out. He was kind, warm, professional, and helpful the whole time, with good local tips and a real effort to look after us. He's a credit to Daria-I Nor. Everyone else was welcoming and attentive too. We had a fantastic stay at Résidences Daria-I Nor in Alpe d’Huez. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The accommodation was beautiful, the food excellent, and the gondola right beside the property made skiing easy. The pool and sauna were lovely after a day on the slopes. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Alpe d’Huez.

The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location is excellent for skiing. Some information about the facilities and other small details wasn't clear. I had an electric car, but nobody mentioned that there were chargers on floor -1, and I couldn't find that information anywhere. I spent two hours at an outside station charging it. You also have to discover for yourself that bathrobes are available from reception. Those minor issues didn't spoil our great stay, though. We'll come back.
