The location made skiing so easy, with lovely views and the main lifts and gondolas right nearby. We loved the food, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The children’s dinner portions were enormous; a bit more choice on the kids’ menu would have been nice, though the staff were happy to handle our specific requests. Our room, 312, was spotless, and the bedtime touches were lovely: the lamps were on, the sheets turned down, and chocolates left for us. The cleaning team took great care of it. Benjamin at dinner and Max at breakfast were especially attentive, professional, and hardworking, noticing every detail. The spa was beautiful, and I had the best massage with Elissa. The kids had fun in the games room, and we enjoyed unwinding by the fire in the bar each evening. The hotel felt cosy and welcoming, and we absolutely loved our stay. It was our best ski trip so far.

The one drawback is that every future holiday has a lot to live up to now. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from the moment we arrived. Dennis drove us wherever we needed to go, and Samuel brought me hot lemon and honey one evening when he noticed I was coming down with a cold. They even left little boxes of chocolates in our room each night. There’s a pool, spa, jacuzzi, and steam room, and the food was fabulous, proper five-star cuisine. The hotel is right beside the ski lift, too. This is genuinely the best ski hotel we’ve stayed in. I can’t understand anyone giving it less than five stars. Thank you to every person who made our stay so special. ❤️

Our room looked over town and got some warm midday sun, and the lifts were right next door. Ski rental, day passes, shops, and restaurants were all easy to reach. Snow cover was thin while we were there, so we couldn’t ski in or out, though I can imagine that being possible with better snow. We had half-board and were happy with both the food and the range of choices. Rooms were cleaned twice a day, and staff were helpful everywhere, from the bar to reception and the restaurant. The main thing to improve is the kitchen pace, as orders usually took quite a while. I’d recommend it.

The restaurant team were especially lovely, always smiling and great with the kids. The food, service, spa, staff, atmosphere, and location all made the trip feel like a dream. We’ll definitely come back!

The spa was a big bonus, especially after a day of sport, and the team were ready to help whenever needed. My room was cosy, with an amazing view, and the toiletries were good. Breakfast was tasty, and the cappuccino was great. ❤️❤️❤️
