Dinner is something we always look forward to, and breakfast comes on time with a smile, which makes getting back on the road easy. After a long drive, the clean, tidy rooms feel especially welcoming, even in the middle of winter when everything is warm and inviting. We’ve stopped at Les Vieux Guays for four or five years while travelling between our UK and French homes, a trip we’ve made by road for over twenty years. It’s easily our best stopover, and our first choice every time.

Love this place so much. The garden is lovely, breakfast is good, and the rooms are cute. It’s also well located near Paris.

We had a really good meal at the owners’ restaurant, and the pool and tennis court are nice to have. The owner and staff were kind and attentive to guests’ comfort. We were just passing through for one night and were pleasantly surprised by this peaceful, well-located gîte. A place we’ll keep in mind for another stay. THANK YOU.

The welcome from Alvaro was superb, and the staff were lovely. The room was magnificent, breakfast was good quality, and the pool was beautiful. It’s a quiet place with plenty of charm, and everything was clean and well looked after. It was hard to leave. We’ll be back.
