Right in the village center, this is a really well-located spot in the Les Houches area. The staff were amazing, welcoming and attentive, and made us feel at home. The local food was excellent, with good vegetarian options, and there was a very nice range of beer and wine. Definitely worth a visit!
The service was friendly and the food was delicious. If you're nearby, it's worth trying the local cuisine.
A lovely little pub and restaurant just off Main Street in Les Huches. Lots of hikers seem to gather here in the evenings. You can sit inside or out, at a high-top or a regular table, and pets are welcome.
We got the dish of the day, which was some kind of beef with vegetables. It was hearty, warm, tasty, and very reasonably priced.
This is a lucky spot in the heart of the village, with seating indoors and out and a south-facing aspect. Even in October there are still chances to catch some sunshine here. After a mountain hike, having a beer in the sun is hard to beat, and even a simple walk through the village makes a good excuse to stop. The service was warm.
