The spa pools are fantastic, and I've stayed here twice. It's a relaxed base for exploring Les Houches, Chamonix by bus, and St Gervais by train. The local Intersport is great as well. The downsides were that the rooms got too warm, so we had to leave the windows open overnight to cool them, and the pool closes at 8pm.

The location was ideal, near the town center and the lifts, and we had a parking space in the underground garage. My family had a lovely stay. The staff were kind and helpful, and our apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace, and a nice woodsy design. The modern spa has a pool, two saunas, and a strong jacuzzi.

We felt right at home in the lovely, well-kept building and apartment. The staff were great, gave us a free upgrade, and even let us stay an extra night after one of us had a ski accident and went to the hospital. The gym, wellness area, and pool all looked beautiful. My one suggestion is to add a second seating level in the spacious sauna, which currently has just one.

I spent hours on the balcony taking in the beautiful mountain views. The chalet was stunning, with luxurious furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. Cecile, the manager, paid close attention to everything and did all she could to make the stay perfect. Nicolas, Martin, and the reception team were always ready to help with a smile. The welcome from the staff was warm from the moment I arrived. Residence Les Chalets Elena is a real gem in Les Houches, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pampering mountain break.

The bus links to the wider ski areas are right outside, which makes this a great base for skiing in Les Houches and Chamonix. The apartments are spacious, and the spa facilities are brand new. It's family and pet friendly too. I'll definitely stay again.
