The restaurant and bar on site were great, with really good service, and handy after a busy day at the beach, though the beaches are a little farther away than advertised. Staff were also helpful when we needed them. The pitches are tightly packed, and the shower facilities can get very busy at peak times. There are no toilet seats, but everything is cleaned through the day. The big problem for us was the campsite next door. Loud music went on every night until at least 11pm or 11.30pm, and our pitch wasn't really usable from around 6 or 7pm until very late. With young children, we couldn't relax in the evenings. The noise measured over 50db in our sleeping area at 11.35pm, which wasn't what I expected from a "quiet camp site'. Other pitches might be different, so you could get lucky. In general it's a nice campsite, but because of the noise from next door I can't recommend it.

There were some good things: beaches, restaurants and a nice boulangerie are close by, and the on-site restaurant and bar were really good, with great staff. But the site was expensive for what it provides, and we wouldn't personally stay again. For a 3-star campsite, the communal bathrooms were very primitive. There were no toilet seats, toilet roll or soap, which didn't feel acceptable from a hygiene and cross-infection point of view. The pitches were quite tightly packed, and the neighbouring campsite was noisy, with karaoke and very loud games going on well past 10pm. For campervans and motorhomes, they take reservations but don't provide a proper way to fill up with fresh water, apart from carrying a Jerry can to the toilets. There's no drive-over grey waste disposal either. We were told to use an aire: the local one costs 12 euros, and the other suggested one, at about 2 Euros, wasn't finished.

The campsite was clean, spacious and nicely organised, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Shops are about a 10-minute walk away, and beaches are close by. I'd like to come back another year.

We camped in a tent on a great site with nice, roomy pitches and very clean toilet facilities. There's a small shop on site selling fresh breakfast items and pizzas in the evening. Shops and supermarkets are nearby too, including a fish monger.
