Club Med La Palmyre Atlantique

Yanis, the villa manager, was a lovely presence throughout our stay, greeting us early in the day and showing up for the evening shows, either taking part or hosting. He was always smiling and attentive, and the whole team made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, the buffet had plenty of different dishes, and the desserts were delicious. The service was excellent, and the setting, with both forest and sea, was just right. It was a relaxing, memorable stay, and I’ll definitely come back.

We came in October 2025 with our 2-year-old and stayed in a two-bedroom family bungalow. The quieter atmosphere was a real plus, without the peak-season crowds. It was cooler than high season and rained one morning, but otherwise the weather was lovely. Childcare was one of the best parts of the trip. Our toddler went to the Mini Club Med nursery, and even though we speak only a little French, the staff were warm, professional, and easy to communicate with. We felt comfortable leaving our child with them. The GOs were friendly, hardworking, and ready to help, and clearly put a lot into making the stay enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and modern, with a small garden and decking that was lovely in the morning sun. It was set up for two adults and two children. The double bed was two singles pushed together, which wasn't especially comfortable, but we managed. The buffet was fresh, well prepared, and much better than we'd expected from an all-inclusive, perhaps thanks to the French setting and Club Med standards. There was plenty of variety and it tasted great. We were mainly there for sailing and kitesurfing. Those activities are about 2 km along the seafront from the main resort, so there's some separation. We rented bikes, which made getting around easy and fun. The pools, bar, restaurants, and other facilities were well kept and easy to reach. We'd happily return. With good food, childcare, and such friendly staff, this was one of our best family holidays. Merci beaucoup Club Med!

There was plenty to do, and the place felt relaxed while still elegant. I found the rooms comfortable, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. A lovely spot to rest and have a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The location is brilliant, right by the beach and cycle paths. Our kids loved the Mini club and Teen club, even with very little French, and Quentin was our daughter's favourite GO. The staff were welcoming, the facilities and accommodation were fantastic, and the food was very good each day with something for everyone. The servers were spot on too. It was nice meeting and chatting with people who've been coming for years. We'll definitely visit again.
