The site was really well kept, and the toilets and showers were modern and cleaned regularly through the day. I loved spending the week here and will definitely return. The reception team were so friendly, and went out of their way to find me a shady pitch. There’s a lovely heated pool, plus a large bar and restaurant area under the shade, with very competitive prices.

We had plenty of space for our campervan, awning and pop-up tent, and the staff were friendly. The covered pool was busy whenever we saw it, and you can leave freezer packs at the bar. Food on site was good value too. We enjoyed the cycle into pornic, though there’s a little road noise that wasn’t very noticeable. Bring insect repellent for the evening. You may not notice the bugs, but you’ll feel the bites.

It was noisy, there were no bins, and the small shop was a walk away for supplies.
