The staff were so welcoming and the breakfast was really good. Being right by the ski slopes also made getting to the resort easy. The hotel feels old and dated, though, and the small rooms, especially the bedrooms, could use renovation. Sharing twin single beds wasn't ideal. Still, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the service and location.

The hotel is super close to the slopes, but the people working here are what made our holiday. Everyone was incredible, always smiling and doing their best for guests. Thanks so much for everything, we had a wonderful holiday!

We were a group of 57, and Vivian and his team made us feel very welcome. The hotel is well located and equipped, and the food was consistently good or better. We'd visit again, hopefully at Easter next year.

I arrived early but still got a very warm welcome. The staff are happy to help with anything, and the rooms are good, with great views.
