The directions on Google Maps were poor, but the place itself is a wonderful little spot in the heart of the French Alps. The welcome was warm, the staff were lovely, and the accommodation had a nice, inviting feel. I only stayed one night, though I could easily imagine staying much longer.
10/10
A cosy, warm place, and good value for the money.

Really good.

Our room at Le Caribou had plenty of space, and the bathroom, while small, did the job. We could hear sounds from the corridors and the upstairs reception quite easily, which was a small downside. The welcome was very warm, with staff who were friendly and flexible. Breakfast was still fully stocked right up to the end of our shift, and the team kept checking that everything was available until the last minute. A great experience.
