Premiere Classe - Montelimar Nord

The parking was okay, but everything else made this a disgrace to stay in. The rooms were moldy and dirty, there weren't enough towels, and the bathroom smelled of urine and stuffiness. It's unbelievable they charge so much. Avoid this hotel if you care about your health, and find somewhere better.

The staff were pleasant, and the room was clean. But two lights didn't work, the shower temperature was very hard to adjust, and although I'd booked a double bed, I got twin beds with a bunk above them. The cleaning staff were noisy very early in the morning.

We paid 78 through Booking, while other agencies had it for 52. The restaurant told us the buffet was 16 euros for two, then doubled the price when we paid. That felt very dishonest. The rooms were mediocre and the AC didn't work. Avoid!

We were told off for arriving at 11pm, while a homeless family was sleeping in a car in the car park. The parents were asleep and the kids were running riot. Check-in at Campanile was very rude and aggressive because the automated check-in at Premier Classe was broken. The man shouted at me that check-in wasn't available 24 hours a day. The rooms were as you'd expect, cheap and dated.
