Appart Hotel Odalys City Paris Levallois

We booked three rooms well in advance, expecting they'd at least be near each other since we were traveling as a group. Instead, they were on completely different floors, which made coordinating a real hassle. One room was also dirty, with unclean floors and no towels or soap. We told the staff right away, but they were unhelpful and indifferent, and did nothing about it during our stay. After planning ahead, this was a frustrating, unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend Odalys City, and I'll think twice before booking there again.

We hated every day we spent at Odalys. I'd read some cleanliness complaints before booking, but chose it because it was close to where we needed to be. I don't even want to get into the state of the rooms. There was no air conditioning, just a flimsy fan, and we slept with a strong weed smell coming from other rooms and floors. Even after we complained, we got no response. As soon as we arrived, a very rude curly-haired woman greeted us. She seemed to have a deep hatred of foreigners, had no interest in helping, and flat-out refused to speak English even though she could. We handed the phone to my father, whose first language is French, so he could explain things better. She sighed rudely and treated him with total disrespect, then mocked me with her expressions. We still had to deal with her, and she childishly refused to give us the Wi-Fi password. It's appalling to have someone like that working in tourism, and shocking that a well-known chain like Odalys would let this tarnish its name. A disgraceful experience.

This was an awful stay. My room had an unmade bed, as if someone had just slept in it, plus a dirty shower and toilet. I waited on the property for hours while staff tried, without success, to find me a clean room. The original room was clearly neglected, yet they're refusing to refund me. Please avoid this place.

The rooms are nice, but they don't change towels or clean the room unless you stay over seven days. Breakfast had nothing to eat and no staff around, so don't spend money on it, eat outside. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
