Chambres d'hôtes Cœur de Sundgau

The owners were so friendly, and the peaceful setting made for a really pleasant two-night stay from August 7 to 9, 2020. Our room was big, and the bathroom had both a shower and a comfy tub 👍😁. There’s a lovely natural pool, plus cute Swiss villages nearby. We’d happily come back.

The house and garden were lovely, especially the natural pool, and everything was beautifully decorated. We also really appreciated the warm welcome and the quality of the bed and breakfast, breakfasts, and cottage. The area is peaceful and green, and we had a week of wonderful sunshine. We had such a pleasant stay in the region and hope to come back again!

The hosts are incredibly nice, and the bathrooms are spacious and relaxing. The location is good too, though planes can sometimes interrupt the peace and quiet.

It was hard to leave Sundgau, but we’ll be back. This lovely spot has become one of our favorites. We stopped for an unplanned night at the last minute while traveling through Alsace, and ended up having a dreamy little break in this gîte. It deserves far more than its excellent rating, we just couldn’t leave! The hosts were so welcoming, the house was superb, and the private bathrooms were great. Our bedroom had excellent bedding, and the bathroom felt like a dream. After a restful night, we had a delightful breakfast with lots of delicious homemade things, all served with love, even the homemade honey. We shared a lovely moment with our hosts, who also offer a meal at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely try it next time. We visited the beautiful garden with its beehives, permaculture vegetable patch, and natural swimming pool, and gave the very affectionate dog a pat. Thank you both. Patrick and Valérie
