For a stopover, this worked perfectly. Serge and his wife Catherine are caring, warm, and helpful, and the welcome was impeccable. Breakfast was hearty, with lots to choose from, and small dogs are welcome too.

Serge stayed up for us until 1:30 am because of traffic, and even arranged an exceptional dinner after our late arrival. Catherine also minded our little dog when it was too hot for him outside. They both go out of their way to make you feel at home. We felt like we were staying with family and were looked after with impeccable service. The house is a guesthouse with all the amenities: our air-conditioned room had a refrigerator, coffee machine, and coffee pods. There's a large shared bathroom, though we didn't see anyone else, plus a small, quiet terrace. Free parking is nearby, 10 meters from the house, and there's a pharmacy, gas station, bars, and other things you need close by. We loved the warmth of their home, their kindness, and their helpfulness. If you're wondering, I'd say go for it. See you soon, and THANK YOU.
