Belle est la nuit

The room was dirty, and there was no goodwill gesture for the booking mistake or the wait. We were left waiting more than 30 minutes for a reply after finding out our reservation hadn't been processed for the date clearly stated in the messages. We eventually got the room we'd left, but it didn't have a sauna. We'd bought everything to cook because the photos showed a stovetop. The stovetops had been unplugged, though, so we had to get food delivered. It was our first experience, and we were very disappointed. I don't recommend it.

I reported the problems by text and never got a reply. The staff weren't very welcoming either. Once the jacuzzi bubbles came on, dirt floated up. The shower didn't work, there was hair on the floor, and a window had been left open so a hose could be put through. Very disappointing, I absolutely don't recommend it.

I hate leaving negative comments about people online, but I have to say this was disappointing. The session was meant to last an hour and a half, yet we were dressed and leaving after 55 minutes. After using the big bubble jets, brown residue covered the spa, the water smelled, and the finish was poorly done and not very clean. I enjoyed being there with my wife, but didn't dare kiss her with that water around.

Hello sir. I often visit spas like yours, but several things disappointed me, especially the sink. I told my wife to get dressed and we left. I took photos today, though they don't show everything, including the cockroach visible in one of them. I'll send you a photo later for the sake of your business. You should deal with this sort of problem; in my line of work it wouldn't be acceptable. Sincerely. We sent a message today, August 28, 2022, and it still hasn't been answered.
