Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and even came with a glass of freshly squeezed juice. We had a relaxing, enjoyable two-night stay in Lille with a friend. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a lot of care in the details, and its central position made exploring easy. Prince and his colleagues were especially friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lille.

The room was cleaned each day, with fresh linen and towels when needed, plus a new bottle of water. Breakfast had lots of fresh food, loose teas and a coffee machine. The staff were friendly, patient while we practiced our French, and helped us figure out what to see and what to avoid. The hotel is pretty central. The TV only had one English channel, news and weather, and there was no kettle or complimentary tea, coffee or milk. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The buffet was a welcome surprise, with meat, cheese, pastries, fruit, fresh orange juice and a waffle offered by a staff member as soon as you enter the dining room. The rooms are a decent size, too. Great value in an excellent Lille location, just off the main square on a side street.

Check-in was quick, and there was coffee in reception. The room was very clean and came with a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast on checkout day was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, and even though sound carries through the rooms, I would still recommend this hotel.
