I booked through hotels.com, and the hotel kept cancelling my reservation with the extra flexibility, so I had to rebook the correct dates. Nine months before the trip, I asked to move the booking by a week. They offered no help and said I’d have to book again. I wouldn’t have been annoyed if I hadn’t tried several times to book for this kind of situation, or if the hotel had communicated better. Hotels.com seemed to do its best, but said the hotel refused to review the case.

The beds were comfortable, and I was glad to have air conditioning on a hot summer day. It’s a basic but adequate hotel in a central spot, and surprisingly quiet for the location.

We stayed for the weekend and would definitely recommend it. The room was quiet even though it faced the street, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. It’s a walk from the centre, but worth it for the price. There’s a bakery right across the way with the tastiest almond croissant we had in France, plus a vegan chocolate pastry.

Really bad experience. The rooms are so tiny you can barely move, and there’s no room for your luggage. The washroom is another nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean, though the shower was very small. There’s reserved parking nearby for €9 a day, and getting to the hotel is easy. It’s okay if you’re travelling on a tight budget.
