Holiday Inn Express Lille Centre by IHG

Marcia made our stay so much more enjoyable. She was kind and helpful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The staff were all polite and caring, and went out of their way to look after us. We had one of our best stays at Holiday Inn Lille.

We slept wonderfully, thanks to the comfortable mattresses and good control over the room temperature and noise. The rooms are small, but the location is excellent, breakfast was great, and the staff were especially friendly and kind. Thank you!

The location is the big draw, right by the center of Lille and close to markets, restaurants, and museums. It’s a nice budget option with small but clean rooms. The bathroom was clean too, with shampoo and soap provided, and a hairdryer outside by the mirror. Breakfast gets the job done, but there weren’t many choices, so that’s an area they could improve. One thing to know is that parking is a real puzzle. The spaces are very tight even for a small car like a Golf, and the entrance and exit are really steep.

The hotel’s central Lille location was great, but the staff were the best part. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful the whole time, and they made our few days there really enjoyable. Thanks from Simon and Elaine. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Lille.
