We really liked this small hotel in the middle of Lille. It’s convenient for all the train stations and shopping, and our room was quiet and nice. We had a wonderful roof window that opened to let in fresh air. The staff were friendly and efficient. I’d stay here again if I’m in Lille.

The location worked perfectly for us, and we’d definitely come back. We stayed five nights, from the 23rd to the 28th of October. The room was as expected, and we appreciated that the soap and towels were changed and the bedsheets cleaned daily. Most of the reception team were kind and helpful with some difficulties we ran into during the trip and stay. Special thanks to Rabeb, who found a solution to some unfortunate circumstances. We’d highly recommend the hotel to others.

Breakfast runs from 7-11, the quality was good, and staff let you finish at your own pace. You can get a free wine, beer, or soft drink if you decline room cleaning, and there’s a lift for guests with reduced mobility. I felt very welcome and would happily return. My single room was compact, with just enough floor space to open a cabin suitcase, which suited me fine. I was pleasantly surprised by the small double bed, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room faced the beautiful station, but the insulation was so good that even as a light sleeper, I slept like a baby.

The staff were very kind and ready to help, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s right in the town center and close to the bus and train stations if you want to travel outside the city. If you’re considering booking, go ahead.
