Domaine de La Clef des Champs

After full days out sightseeing, it was lovely to come back to such a quiet cottage. We spent a week here on our first family holiday and found it ideally placed between Amboise and Blois. The homemade breakfasts were excellent, and the pool was a great extra on hot afternoons. Thanks to Vincent for the hospitality, and for the chocolate and praline cakes. We'd happily recommend staying here.

After a day's cycling, the four of us, two adults and two children/teenagers, were glad to cool down in the unusual pool tucked among the trees. The welcome from Vincent and Clélia felt warm and genuine, and the lovely gîte has everything arranged for comfort. Breakfast in the garden was a highlight, generous, delicious, homemade, and a nice chance to spend time together. Thank you both for having us.

We stopped for a night on the way to the coast and had a really enjoyable stay. The garden has a great heated pool, the rooms are decorated with a lot of taste, and breakfast was delicious, especially with all those homemade jams. We'd be glad to come back.

Such a peaceful spot, and the cottage has been renovated with real taste. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and served fresh homemade breakfast treats. Eliott is very friendly too :)
