It's easy to find, very close to place du Vieux-Marché, and the location is perfect for seeing the town. The room had several issues: water from the shower regularly flooded the small bathroom, the toilet was unstable, and opening the couch divided the room in two, leaving one side very uncomfortable.

Room 3 is in a great spot for the center, and the apartment is clean, nicely furnished, and has what you need. The price is excellent too. But the road leading there smells bad, and the place is awkward to use. During the hot spell when I stayed, the room had almost no ventilation, just a tilt-and-turn window in the entrance door. The bathroom fan didn't work, so it got very humid after showers, with a frequent smell of damp or stagnant water. The shower is very spacious, but water still leaks out onto part of the floor no matter how careful you are, adding to the humidity. The sofa bed seems comfortable, but when it's opened, getting to the bathroom is difficult. I can't give it five stars like some reviews do: five for the location, furnishings, and price, but two for the lack of practicality inside.

Everything is just steps away from this clean, cute, and well-kept studio in central Rouen. It made our stay perfect, and I hope to come back soon. I'd recommend it to everyone.

The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and the place feels like home as soon as you arrive. Everything is modern and works well. A perfect experience, highly recommend!
