We stayed for five days, and the room had enough space for that length of visit. The lobby was a nice, quiet spot to get some work done, and the adjoining restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly, and the maid did a great job cleaning our room each time. The hotel is right across from the train station and about a 10 minute walk from the center, so it worked especially well for arriving by train.

The breakfast was mixed: the bacon was disgusting, though the other items were OK. WiFi was very slow, and the car park was far too tight. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and they refused to set it below 22 degrees because of the cost. There were also mosquitoes in the bedroom, but they wouldn’t even check or use any spray.

Laura at reception was especially professional, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant served very enjoyable food at reasonable prices, and the rooms were superb, with comfortable beds and clever electronic window shutters that gave us an uninterrupted night’s sleep. The outside of the hotel isn’t the prettiest, but this was my second stay and I’d gladly return. Parking was more than adequate at the beautiful station opposite, for just 8 Euros for the night, making this a good base for visiting Limoges.

Elwin at reception made the stay for me. He was so friendly and helped sort out any problems with my room. The hotel is clean and simple, and the location is decent for walking around everywhere. Breakfast is simple, with a few hot options. I’d recommend it :)

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had a very good selection. It’s right by the railway station and only a short walk to the city centre. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Limoges.
