We spent a weekend here with my fiancé and really liked how clean the hotel was and where it’s located. What stood out most, though, was the reception staff. The ladies there were warm and helpful, and took their time answering my questions about the stay. They were so patient and friendly that I’d love to come back. Definitely recommend it! :)

I was looking for somewhere calm where I could properly rest, and Golden Tulip was just right. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, and we especially enjoyed the on-site spa. At night the heated pool was lovely, with hardly anyone around.

I came back for a second small staycation and will definitely return again. The room was spacious, and the hotel was very comfortable. I loved the pool and spa services. Nina was friendly, put me at ease with my questions, and made the spa session a great experience. I recommend the location and spa, and Nina in particular. Thank you, Nina!

The TV channels for international guests need attention. I speak French, but my wife doesn’t. Apart from that, we could relax here and set off again feeling rested. We picked this place for a stopover after reading the reviews, and would choose it again. The secured grounds, underground parking, lobby, and room all made a good impression. It’s nice to find a hotel in France outside the five-star category that lives up to its stars. I can’t comment on the service, since we arrived very late and left very early. I hope the hotel keeps up this standard. Thumbs up from me today.

Even for just one night, I found Golden Tulip Lyon Ouest relaxing and well cared for. The staff made check-in easy and were friendly. My room was roomy, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable rest. I’d happily stay again when I’m in Lyon.
