The apartments are nice, well equipped, and close to a pleasant beach. But the check-out instructions weren’t clear, and you could be billed extra without knowing about it. Customer service and communication need a lot of improvement. The booking terms included professional cleaning, so we cleaned the kitchen and bathroom carefully. We didn’t see floor cleaning listed as a requirement. The manager sent photos showing a few footprints and a spot near a plastic bottle. At a relaxed pace, that looked like about 30 minutes of cleaning to us. If we’d known that guests had to provide extra professional cleaning, or that there could be an added charge, we could have decided what to do. Charges for things like sheets or towels were clearly listed, but these weren’t. The manager’s response felt overly emotional and not entirely accurate to me. I’d recommend staying only after double-checking exactly what’s included and what might cost extra, since some charges aren’t presented anywhere.

There’s no laundry or washing machine, which was a problem for us. Wi-Fi only works at reception, and that’s an issue when mobile coverage barely works either. Some houses also lack rain drainage, so dirty water ends up on the balcony when it rains. The apartments themselves are okay, and I hope the place gets better, but right now it seems unfinished and poorly planned. There’s no proper path from the beach, just stones left from construction, and there isn’t even a shower to rinse your feet. It looks like one may be planned.

The residence may be new, but the quality was really poor. The amenities, bedding, and cooking utensils were especially bad, and there were lots of mosquitoes. Our apartment was dirty too, and we didn’t think much of the beach. It’s also a quiet, non-touristy part of Corsica, with nothing to do nearby. Very disappointed.

We spent 10 days here. The garden was very well kept, the parking nearby and easy to access, and the beautiful free beach was very close. Wi-Fi worked. The apartment had the equipment we needed, though the rooms were a little cramped. The pool felt small for the number of guests, and cleanliness could be better.
