Illona at reception was charming and efficient, though my experience with the manager after booking was a letdown. I left my phone charging cable at the hotel, and when I asked if he could mail it to my address near Versailles at my expense, he showed no interest and told me to come back for it. That would mean an 80 km round trip, 40 km each way. I was also surprised to find only a duvet cover on the bed, with no duvet because the manager had decided not to provide one due to the heat. I had to get the duvet from the closet and make the bed myself. Unbelievable.

The manager kindly drove us to the partner restaurant since we couldn't get there by car, though it was a 30-minute walk. Dinner there was excellent, and the overnight package made for a lovely evening and a very pleasant night. We were warmly welcomed, too. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the overall comfort really top-notch. Thanks again!

The breakfast buffet was generous, and the bathroom was nice. Getting there was easy, and the room was simple but did the job.
