The breakfast was such a good part of our stay, and the team made us feel so welcome from the start. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, and the reception staff were especially warm and thoughtful. We’d happily come back. I wish I could give it more than five stars. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

We loved staying here. The food was excellent and good value, and the hotel has an indoor pool, sauna, and gym. It’s tucked away in a private spot with gorgeous scenery and shoreline, and the lovely style of the place made a great first impression. The staff greeted us so warmly when we arrived, and that feeling continued throughout our stay.

The setting, outdoor facilities, and spa are hard to beat, but the costs made it difficult to enjoy the hotel. A soft drink or coffee at the bar was €7, which made London seem cheap, so we didn’t feel like lingering for a drink. The restaurant was also too expensive for the disappointing food. We ate better at village brasseries. Some reception staff had a lot of attitude and were rude and unhelpful. There are quite a few things to improve for a 4* hotel.

We had delicious food and a peaceful, relaxing time at the spa. The location is amazing, with access to the sea, and parking is right on site. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful in every way!

A great place to unwind in style. The food is just as good as the lovely grounds, and you can swim in the sea straight from the hotel’s beach access or do laps in the 18 metre indoor pool. It’s a gorgeous 19 century hotel.
