Gîtes du Frêne

The owner is welcoming, and everything feels easy and friendly. We’ve just spent a few days at the Annabelle gîte, our second booking there, and we’d gladly come back again. It’s a lovely, comfortable place in a peaceful natural setting, well placed for exploring Lille and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

Gîte Charlotte is very well located, only 10 minutes from Lille, and I’d be glad to return. The private courtyard is beautifully landscaped, pleasant, and well equipped. Mrs. Moreau, the owner, is extremely friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. I encourage other holidaymakers to come discover this lovely region and its people.

Everything was perfect for our son’s First Communion celebration. The cottage is warm, spacious, and very well maintained, making it ideal for bringing family and friends together in a friendly setting. Everyone felt comfortable, and we could really enjoy this special day. The owners were hospitable and helpful. We highly recommend the place for family events!

We spent two weeks in the Charlotte gîte. It’s well equipped and very quiet, and both the place and the beds are very comfortable. There’s a lovely private courtyard, secure parking, and a shared garden to relax in. Madame Moreau welcomed us warmly and gave helpful sightseeing advice, meeting all our expectations. We made lots of lovely visits around the North and Belgium, including museums and traditional pubs. The website photos accurately show the accommodation. We’ll definitely return to this beautiful, welcoming region.
