The room itself was in a bad state: our children’s bed hadn’t been prepared, the bedding was extremely yellow, the floor was sticky, there was a cigarette smell, and the bathroom had mould. We arrived at about 10:00 PM and found the main gate shut, so we were left waiting in the street and blocking traffic. That put my family’s safety at risk. The entrance was locked, nobody was at the desk, and the emergency number went unanswered. The self check-in machine had no English option, so we were stuck outside. I’d booked ahead based on the website saying there was 24/7 service. When I knocked, a staff member named Andrea came out shouting and using abusive language, calling me names and refusing to calm down. He blocked the entrance, then walked away and shut the door, leaving us without help or a resolution. This was the worst experience I’ve had as a paying guest. I’ve filed a formal complaint and expect it to be taken seriously. I’d strongly caution others thinking of staying here.

The free parking is inside a gated area, although leaving is a bit awkward since you have to get out and enter the code yourself. The hotel is well located in a safe area, close to the highway and within reach of the main local attractions. It’s an average two-star place, a little expensive for what you get. The staff were very nice and check-in and check-out were easy. Cleanliness could be better, and the hotel could use some renovation.

Housekeeping was good, and the staff were really friendly. The administrators were happy to help and accommodating. Our family enjoyed staying here, and there’s a car park that gets closed at night. I’d definitely return and recommend a visit.

For 6,15 €, breakfast was really good, with a delicious cappuccino and other coffee from the automatic machine. The staff were friendly too. The rooms are quite small, with an awkward layout and not much space anywhere, but that’s the trade-off. I’d give the room 3 points and breakfast 5.
