Le Patio Fleuri

We planned on staying two nights but added two more because we felt so comfortable. The terrace breakfast was generous, and the pool was lovely for a swim and a bit of lounging afterward. Our room had beautiful decor, great bedding, and much-appreciated air conditioning. The setting is very pleasant and the welcome was so warm. Thanks, Sylvie, for all the lovely walking suggestions. I highly recommend the place.

At €130 a night, this really wasn't what I expected. Maybe €80 would feel fair. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the refrigerator made a lot of noise. Guests in the neighboring room were very loud and inconsiderate, and there didn't seem to be anyone looking after things. We were handed the keys and left to manage on our own. The room felt soulless. There was no coffee maker, hardly anywhere to plug in appliances, and nowhere to hang clothes. Even the toilet paper was rationed. The advertised hearty breakfast turned out to be a croissant, a pain au chocolat, some bread, a few melon slices, and two yogurts. It was nothing like the dream breakfast suggested by the reviews and photos. As someone who often stays at B&Bs, I was disappointed with the value for money.

The heated pool was always available after our rides, with loungers and parasols ready for relaxing. As motorcyclists, we felt very welcome, and the hostess was lovely and always around to help. She gave us daily route notes for the winding roads, plus ideas for pretty villages and nature spots. The B&B is well placed for visiting both the gorge and the coast. Our spacious room had air conditioning, a fridge, coffee and tea, water, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. We could make it completely dark at night, too. Breakfast was simple but delicious, served at the agreed time on our private terrace. You can ask for extras for a small charge. In the evening we ate something on the terrace or went to one of the many restaurants in Lorgues. A real hidden gem!!

The breakfast was generous and really good quality, and the room was spacious with its own terrace. We got such a warm welcome. Paradise, we'll be back. Thank you so much.
