2/10
The bed was good, but it came with only a heavy winter double duvet, and there was no air conditioning on hot days. The bathroom is extremely cramped: the dresser and sink are so close in front that you can't sit directly on the toilet. The hotel seems a bit old, and the rooms have paper-thin walls and ceilings, so it's very noisy. Staff seemed withdrawn and weren't very forthcoming.

The hotel is in a great spot near the train station, with lots of nice restaurants close by. The staff were all helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff were really friendly, courteous, and professional, but the online photos and reviews give a somewhat misleading impression. The carpets were patchy and dirty, and so were the curtains and bathroom. There are worse places to stay, but there are much better ones too. We'd booked two nights and left after just one. Avoid this place and book elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

Thanks a lot for the good service. The hotel is very good, with a spacious, clean room, an excellent breakfast, and a pet-friendly policy.
