The rooms smelled awful and were dirty. Please stay away from this place, it’s ridiculous.

We arrived with children after a 7-hour journey, and the chalet hadn’t been cleaned. Halloween decorations were still inside, and the water heater wasn’t working even though our arrival time had been scheduled. Nobody checked the inventory when we arrived or when we left. Very disappointed.

There were cobwebs and dead insects in the chalet, which is a former mobile home, and it hadn’t been prepared or cleaned. It was advertised for 7 people but felt very small. The water heater wasn’t on, the circuit breaker didn’t work, and there was no smoke detector. You have to wonder whether inspection agencies ever come by.

The reception hall has huge cracks in the walls and floor, and feels so unsafe that I wondered if I could really be comfortable there. The chalets also need to be cleaner. This site could be great, but it’s quite the opposite.

There was a strong smell as soon as we entered the chalet. It was too small for 7 people, with cobwebs everywhere and dead flies, and the toilet and bathroom were cramped too. They didn’t take an inventory when we arrived, but they’ll do one when we leave.
