My wife was resting on the bed, and I was undressing, about to lie down too, when a young man walked straight into our room without knocking. It had already been cleaned that morning. I yelled at him to get out, and he apologized, but when I confronted him afterward, I couldn't get a straight answer about why he'd entered. I reported it to the front desk, whose staff apologized. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm here with Holy Land Travel and warned our group of 40 to be careful. Lock up your belongings and put a do not disturb sign on your door. I'll report the incident to our travel agency.

The stay was convenient and comfortable, and the hotel was clean with very nice staff. I didn't know the kitchen needed to be ordered from in advance and individually. The general group menu is more basic and has less variety. I recommend the hotel, and I came back again.

The location is pretty and the rooms were clean, but the food was horrid. They couldn't handle the dietary requirements at all. One of my friends is vegetarian and was literally served meat for lunch, squid with lettuce. If you have dietary requirements, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room smelled of mold, and even after I raised it with staff, they responded with condescension and annoyance. They moved us to a room without the smell, but its AC unit was still dirty and had no filter. Both rooms had filthy, dusty AC units with no maintenance. We booked based on the reviews, but the hotel is old and outdated. There was no minibar, and the cups were dirty in the bathroom. The room was advertised as a one- or two-bedroom unit, but it's a loft. I'm so upset we're staying here. This place is horrible.

The room's main light didn't work, the TV wasn't working, and the fridge wasn't cooling. There was no kettle, and the single bed was very narrow.
