The location is handy, with the bus stop two minutes away and Lourdes' station about a four-minute walk on flat ground. Breakfast was hearty at €8 per person. We stayed from Wednesday, Sep 27, until our planned departure on Saturday, Oct 14. Service is very basic: we had to clean for ourselves and make our own beds, while towels were changed daily. The shampoo and soap supplied at first ran out, so we had to ask for more free supplies.

When the electricity kept tripping, I had to clear out in the dark. The apartment's emergency contacts didn't answer for an hour, despite my repeated calls, and nobody called back to check what was wrong. Service was really poor. I wouldn't recommend this apartment, and I wouldn't rely on its emergency contacts because they seem to be unavailable when needed.

There isn't any room service or restaurant here, though there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of Lourdes sanctuary. The place is small, and most rooms have a kitchenette. It's very close to Lourdes railway station and the bus stop for Lourdes sanctuary, which is about 1.5 km away on foot. No staff are available after 6 pm, and checking out after 10 am costs extra.

We had room 208, which was large enough for four people. It came with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and cooker. The receptionist was good, and the hotel is right next to Gare du Lourdes.

You can cook a meal in the room, and the hotel is close to the centre. The service was good, the staff were nice, and breakfast was basic but good. Excellent value for the price, we'd recommend it.
