The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is very good. The real standout was the service. The front desk, restaurant, and kitchen staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always with a big smile. They went far beyond their duties to meet all our needs and make our stay unforgettable. Grand MERCI!!!! 🫶🏻

The staff and crew were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good. It's within walking distance of the tourist spots. A good, adequate hotel for a stay, and I'd recommend it to my friends.

I had a terrific experience at the Helgon Hotel and would gladly return one day. Angela at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful, and the ladies in the restaurant were polite and skilled at their work. Thank you for a delightful stay.

The food was good and the hotel is close to downtown. The rooms are very small, but there's enough room to sleep, bathe, and change. The bar wasn't staffed.

We spent three nights and four days in Lourdes, France, from September 28 to October 1, during Pilgrimage 2025. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel.
