The hotel is an easy walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and the Grotto, and very close to the train station. Check-in and check-out were simple, and there’s an elevator. The area has only a few restaurants nearby, but walking about 15 minutes gives you lots more choice. Our room was very clean, with a huge bathroom, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There’s no fridge in the room, though they kindly offered ice or hot water if we asked, and even froze my ice pack for me. No air conditioning either, so we opened the window for fresh air and a lovely view. It could get pretty noisy at night because there’s a pub across the street. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

We had booked three rooms for three couples for one night in Lourdes, expecting something basic at that price. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was and by the service. The bathrooms have been updated and were spotless, parking was free, and the staff were genuinely kind. It’s also close to the grotto. Highly recommend.

The location put us right in the middle of everything, and the price was amazing. The service was great, and both the room and bathroom were clean. It was a small room, but that’s what I chose and wanted. My wallet was happy, and so was I. The one thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom needed wall handles to help prevent falls. I’d definitely stay again!

The room was clean and private, though definitely small. Since I was traveling alone it worked for me, but if there’s more than one of you, I’d check whether they have a larger option. The hostel is right beside the train station, and it was easy to find on the main street up the hill. I’m really bad with directions and still had no trouble. Most of all, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I’d left my charger in Paris, and they looked up a phone shop and showed me where to go on a map. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Lourdes.
