Mano made our stay. She was warm, professional, and helped my mom and me with whatever we needed, from calling taxis to finding somewhere to eat. We also got a great room on the sixth floor with an amazing view. We had a really good experience and would happily stay again next time.

The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and I left very satisfied with my stay.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, which costs extra but felt worth the price. There’s also a pool table in the shared area. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony view, and the grotto is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were especially welcoming and went out of their way for guests.

We needed to leave at 6:30 in the morning for an 8:45 flight, well before the 7:30 breakfast start. The staff offered to open the breakfast room for us at 6:00 and put together a selection of the usual breakfast items, which they did. We really appreciated that gesture. The service was top notch, and the hotel is ideally placed near Lourdes' main attractions. Our room was nice and clean.

What a shame. They’ve been saying upgrades are underway for over a year, but one night here was already too much for me. Very disappointing.
